This train-the-trainer course is for healthcare providers to teach basic bleeding control techniques. This course is part of the Department of Homeland Security, Stop The Bleed Campaign which is sponsored by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma (COT).

Attendees must bring any bleeding control equipment/materials they typically use for training purposes. This includes tourniquets, wound packing material, pressure dressings, wound packing models etc.to be used during the practical portion of the course.
